Research Involving Children

Here at the Cognitive Control and Development Lab we do a lot of research with children and adolescents to better understand the typical development of the brain through maturity.

We are looking for children between the ages of 5 and 18 to participate in one of our many studies of cognitive control.  Some studies involve just one visit (see 'more studies'), while others involve a couple visits over a short period of time ( see 'cognitive training' and 'tics').  We even have one long-term study in which we invite the children back a few times over the course of 5 years (see 'NORA').

If you would like more information so your child can participate in one of these studies, feel free to contact the researcher directly or just write to BrainLab@berkeley.edu.
